Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Surgical Scheduler / Patient Care Coordinator located in Carmel, IN. The responsibilities include managing the scheduling of surgical procedures for one surgeon, coordinating pre- and post-operative appointments, communicating effectively with patients regarding their care plans, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties involve consulting with patients, quoting surgical costs, maintaining accurate records, handling patient inquiries, and liaising with medical staff and other medical personnel to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service
• Skills in Patient Care and the ability to manage patient interactions with empathy and professionalism
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in scheduling systems or related healthcare software is a plus
• Prior experience in a medical or surgical office setting is an advantage
• sales experience is an advantage
