[job_card.job_description]Schedule homemaking, personal care, and home health aide services in a timely and efficient manner Manage client cases without an attendant (CWA) and ensure compliance with Elara Caring protocols Communicate regularly with clients and document all touchpoints in Arrow Submit and track all regulatory and compliance documentation (e.g., 2067 forms, new hire tracking, etc.) Update attendant availability and maintain accurate scheduling records Conduct or coordinate verbal orientations (if qualified) Support staffing coverage for planned and unplanned absences Collaborate with care teams to ensure the highest standard of service delivery Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned High school diploma or GED required Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced office, scheduling, or dispatching role (preferred) Compassion and understanding of the needs of elderly or disabled individuals Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws
