Job Summary

Provides individualized, culture-specific patient care by attending to the personal needs and comfort of patients, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Assists the professional or licensed nurse as delegated in tasks requiring less technical skills. Participates in shift and bedside report. Participates and supports regional, facility, department, and unit initiatives.

Excellent customer service skills; basic computer skills.

Education :

High School Diploma / GED or a valid CNA or PCA / PCT Certificate

Experience : One year of experience as a nursing assistant in an acute care setting.
