Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Legally authorized to work in the United States 18 years or older
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team in a casual but energetic work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety standards, and managing operations.
Duties
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service excellence.
- Oversee daily processes to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Manage staff, providing training and guidance to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
- Help develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales reports, managing costs, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff members.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan special events and promotions that drive business growth.
