BDC Service Coordinator

Lithia & Driveway / Carousel Supporting 21 Stores Across Minnesota And Michigan, Including Both Domestic And Import Dealerships

As a BDC Service Coordinator, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero supporting our Service departments. Your role will be key in keeping operations smooth and customers happy.

What You'll Do :

• Connect with customers via phone, email, and online platforms to schedule appointments and follow up
• Maintain and organize our customer database
• Stay up-to-date on Audi product info, promotions, and pricing
• Help convert leads into loyal customers with your positive attitude and excellent service
• Coordinate schedules and keep things running like a well-oiled machine

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and / or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes : Hourly Rate ranging from $17-$18 DOE, and bonus incentives total comp to not exceed $60,000

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace.
