PATIENT INFORMATION

  • Patient Population : All ages
  • Setting : Family practice, outpatient clinic

    • PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

  • Valid, unrestricted California PA license required
  • DEA registration required
  • Current ACLS and BLS certification required

    • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base Salary : $117,531 $127,615 per year
  • 4% retirement match (100% vested on day one)
  • 4-day work week
  • Continuing Education (CE) leave and reimbursement
  • License reimbursement for qualified applicants
  • Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time as outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Comprehensive health benefits for employee and family
  • Relocation package may be available with a 12-month commitment REQUIRED PROCEDURES
  • Diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of conditions
  • Coordination with internal and external care providers
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
  • Prescribing medications
  • Minor procedures (as appropriate to scope of practice)

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Board Certification : Certified Physician Assistant
  • Licensure : California PA license
  • Certifications : ACLS, BLS, DEA
  • Experience : Family practice or outpatient clinic setting preferred
  • Skills : Strong communication, cultural sensitivity, understanding of community health care delivery

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services across all age groups
  • Collaborate with internal and external providers for holistic patient care
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
  • Support community outreach efforts aligned with RRHC's mission
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
