We are a nonprofit thrift store and support an agency serving survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault across seven counties. Beyond offering emergency housing and crisis advocacy, we educate law enforcement, healthcare providers, and schools to shift culture and response. Every shirt we sell and every box we lift helps fund life-saving services.

Role Summary

This is not a single-task job. Its a frontline operations role supporting both the thrift store and the broader agency mission. Were looking for someone whos physically capable, emotionally steady, and ready to jump in wherever help is neededfrom deliveries to donor relations, logistics to light maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Drive company vehicle for donation pickups and deliveries

Load / unload donations with care and efficiency

Organize, stock, and prepare thrift store items

Support special projects and day-to-day store operations

Maintain respectful interaction with vulnerable individuals and volunteers

Assist Manager with logistical tasks

Be a flexible, capable partner in a deeply mission-driven environment

Ideal Candidate

Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on their feet

Valid drivers license with clean driving record

Strong work ethic and reliabilityshows up, stays present

Positive attitude, team player, proactive problem-solver

Experience in human services or retail a plus

Ability to learn quickly and work independently

Can adapt quickly, juggle tasks, and treat every person with dignity
