Proven track record of managing plant P&L, labor, safety, and quality metrics. Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and ERP / MRP systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in automotive, aerospace, or medical component manufacturing is highly desirable. Job Description
The Plant Manager will report directly into the CEO and be responsible for :
- Oversee daily plant operations including manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
- Drive productivity, throughput, and process optimization using Lean / Continuous Improvement principles.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of supervisors, operators, and technicians.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet customer and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and capacity planning initiatives.
- Identify and implement best practices to scale production and improve margins.
