Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our behavioral health team in Broward County. This role focuses on providing direct therapeutic services to individuals dealing with mental health, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy

• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other professionals to coordinate care

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Provide culturally competent care to a diverse population

• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active LCSW license in the state of Florida

• Minimum of 2–3 years of behavioral health experience

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program

• Strong clinical judgment and therapeutic skills

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Compensation:

• $35–$45 per hour, commensurate with experience
