Licensed Insurance Client Manager

A company is looking for a Client Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for a designated book of clients, managing their insurance needs

Lead the renewal and remarketing process, providing consultative guidance on coverage and policy structures

Troubleshoot complex client issues and oversee onboarding of new accounts

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in insurance account management, preferably in Property & Casualty and Life & Health

Proven ability to manage a book of business and build long-term client relationships

Strong understanding of carrier underwriting guidelines and coverage forms

Proficient in AMS360 or comparable agency management systems

Active insurance license(s) in applicable lines (P&C and / or L&H) required
