Position Summary

This role is part of the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. The position focuses on buy-side and sell-side engagements, providing financial due diligence, accounting advisory support, and related consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead transaction advisory engagements including financial analysis, due diligence, and accounting support for M&A transactions

Prepare detailed written reports summarizing key findings and recommendations

Participate in client meetings and management interviews to gather relevant financial and operational data

Develop financial models and analyses to help clients evaluate acquisition opportunities and financing requirements

Collaborate with colleagues across tax, audit, and consulting functions to deliver integrated client service

Assist with proposal preparation, engagement letters, and business development initiatives

Represent the firm in professional and community settings

Requirements

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

Active CPA license

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Audit or Transaction Advisory Services within a public accounting or consulting firm

Proven supervision and team leadership experience

Strong communication and report-writing skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience networking and communicating with C-level executives

Strong project management and client service skills

Track record of high performance and reliability under tight deadlines

Balanced mix of technical accounting expertise and business acumen

Self-starter with confidence in client interactions and problem-solving
