Schedule : Hybrid, Monday to Friday (8 : 30am-5 : 00pm)

Heartland Human Care Services is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to take on a leadership role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. In this position, you'll maintain the general ledger, manage month-end close, and develop financial models that inform strategic decisions. You'll also prepare projections, conduct research, and deliver analysis that guides leadership at the highest level.

Beyond the numbers, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, partnering with program teams to provide financial guidance, improve processes, and strengthen outcomes. Success in this role requires not only strong technical and analytical skills, but also the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear, actionable way.
