Sales Manager
Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team. This individual will drive results through strong leadership, strategic planning, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a top-performing sales team.
- Set and achieve monthly and annual objectives for unit sales, gross profit, expenses, and operating profit.
- Monitor and coach team members to maximize productivity and career growth.
- Oversee new- and pre-owned vehicle inventory, including ordering and merchandising.
- Leverage factory programs and promotions to drive sales results.
- Analyze market trends and sales reports to identify customer needs and create effective sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth dealership operations.
- Manage departmental expenses to align with budgetary goals.
- Represent Modern Toyota with professionalism and integrity at all times.
