Full-time opening for an Otolaryngologist to join a growing practice in North Dakota. Current physician group consists of five otolaryngologists that subspecialize in head & neck cancer, pediatrics, neuro-otology, and general. Opportunity to build your practice in any / all of the following areas : general ENT, laryngology, sleep, facial plastics, pediatrics, and otology. Block Time in OR and Same Day Surgery. Large primary care referral base.

Hospital Employee, Traditional.  1 : 6 Call Ratio.  WRVU production incentives.  Loan Forgiveness available.  Signing Bonus available, contact us for details.  Relocation Bonus available.  CME time and money available.  401K.  $600,000 minimum base salary for the first two years.  $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years.  Subspecialists service population : over 1 million.  Opportunity to teach medical students, surgery residents, as well as IM and FM residents.
