A company is looking for a NetSuite Support Lead / Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the global support team to manage incident resolution and ensure system reliability
Define and enforce support processes, including communication protocols and escalation procedures
Oversee system monitoring, maintenance, and compliance with SOX regulations
Required Qualifications
BS / BA or higher in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
10+ years of experience with ERP Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Finance & Accounting systems
6+ years of experience in developing workflows with ERP customization platforms
Deep functional knowledge of ERP core processes
Understanding of SOX compliance requirements in financial systems
