Overview

You will be a part of the Trust and Agency Services area under the Corporate Bank business line. As a member of the Issuing and Paying Agency (IPA) team you will be working with external clients and internal stakeholders on the prompt collection and payment of debt obligation funds. This primary function will include issuing bonds for our clients and servicing clients debt instruments including interest payments and redemptions.

What Youll Do

Issuance of money-market instruments and debt service invoices to issuers (clients)

Interest payments and redemptions of all debt instruments within the Issuing and Paying Agency Team

Working with the Business and our clients to resolve ad-hoc queries and challenges

Monitoring and working with Depositary Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) on settlements fund transfers

Adhering to internal controls and regulatory compliance

Assistance with Quality control and process improvement testing

Skills Youll Need

BachelorDegree from an accredited college or university (or equivalent)

Acute attention to detail

Ability to adjust to procedural changes in a dynamic processing environment

Flexibility to prioritize and support workloads from multiple teams

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Skills That Will Help You Excel

Technical inclination to learn new applications

Initiative to work with multiple products

Networking

Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking capabilities

It is the Banks expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Banks hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $40000 to $ salaries may be based on a number of factors including but not limited to a candidates skill set experience education work location and other qualifications.
