[job_card.job_description]Shift differential and on-call pay opportunities Annual performance-based increases Benefits : Generous Paid Time Off and flexible spending accounts Retirement plans with employer matching Tuition assistance and educational programs Self-Scheduled Shift : 7 PM - 7 AM FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts) Work Schedule : 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 Weekend per 6-week schedule Holidays : 2 (1 in Summer, 1 in Winter) Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000 Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000 Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200 Referral Bonus : $5,000 for Advocate Aurora teammates Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU units Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative setting Adapt to varying unit workflows while ensuring clinical excellence Experience : Minimum of 18 months in Med / Surg or Telemetry (2 years preferred) Flexibility : Adaptable to scheduling requirements Training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse duties. Licenses & Certifications :
Hold a Registered Nurse license valid in the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
