Duration : - 01 year

Shift : - Day (7 AM-3 : 30 PM)

Evening shift (3 PM-11 : 30 PM).

Every other weekend required - Yes

Job description includes, but is not limited to :

• Ensuring safety of each patient on the unit, including monitoring of symptoms and conditions.
• Supervision of MHTA staff on the units; Attending meetings as assigned.; Noting of prescriber orders.
• Medication pass and health / medication teaching.
• Conducting nursing assessments.
• Updates information such as vital signs, weights, etc.
• Maintains and updates patient records; Monitors inventory and order supplies as needed.
