The University Account Manager at Off Campus Partners is responsible for managing and strengthening university partnerships within an assigned territory to ensure an exceptional client experience and drive long-term renewals. This role requires a strategic data-driven and relationship-focused approach with a strong emphasis on measurable results proactive engagement and business growth. Serving as the primary liaison for university clients the University Account Manager leads renewal strategy supports cross-functional collaboration and ensures partner needs are met in alignment with Off Campus Partners broader goals.
