As a Registered Nurse Resident, you will :
Provide direct nursing care following established policies and protocols.Implement and monitor patient care plans, recording and communicating patient conditions effectively.Act as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary teams to ensure well-coordinated patient care.Support discharge planning by assessing the patient's needs alongside the healthcare team.Demonstrate comprehensive assessment skills to meet physical, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and age-related needs.Delegate appropriate care tasks to nursing personnel based on their education and skill levels.Engage in daily interdisciplinary rounds to contribute to optimal patient outcomes.Adhere to ANA Governance Standards of Nursing Practice.Continuously develop and revise individualized care plans.Participate in professional growth activities beyond direct patient care.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications :
