Requirements :

• Current State of Hawaii Nurses LPN License
• Minimum of 6 months Nurse LPN experience (within the last 24 months)
• Current two-step TB / Chest X-Ray (completed within the past year)
• Current hands-on BLS Certificate and First Aid
• Federal FingerPrint
