Join the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Neurology , as we undergo an expansion of our current program. We are seeking a physician or physician scientist at an Assistant, Associate or full Professor level to join our current complement of physicians.

Position Highlights :

The University of Maryland Children's Hospital has a renowned Children's Headache Program and Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Program. We recently expanded our critical care, cardiac, and neonatology services providing opportunities for career development and we are looking to explore new opportunities for translational and / or preclinical research. Our Division of Behavioral and Developmental Pediatrics is also expanding, which will offer additional opportunities for collaboration. Expected rank for this position will be Assistant Professor or higher, however, final rank and tenure status will be commensurate with selected candidate's experience.

The referenced salary range represents the minimum and maximum salaries for this position and is based on the University of Maryland School of Medicine's good faith belief at the time of posting. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered to the selected candidate may vary and will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, work experience, internal equity, market conditions, education / training and other factors, as reasonably determined by the University.

Salary range : Assistant / Associate Professor $166,130 - $265,871
