Director of Performance Marketing

A company is looking for a Director of Performance Marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and optimize a multi-channel performance marketing strategy to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth

Manage and develop a team of growth marketers to execute strategic growth initiatives

Implement testing programs and oversee initiatives to improve customer acquisition cost (CAC) and conversion rates

Required Qualifications :

5-7+ years of experience in performance marketing or demand generation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of driving growth for a B2B SaaS company, preferably in vertical SaaS or workflow-heavy products

Deep expertise in paid channels, funnel optimization, and marketing analytics

Strong command of marketing operations and proficiency in HubSpot as both a marketing automation platform and CRM

Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a high-growth environment
