Registered Nurse - Critical Care to join our client's team in Columbus, OH

What you’ll be doing :

• You will collaborate with patient and family to develop and implement a plan of care that like physical, spiritual and educational components.
• You will create a caring and healing environment that keeps the patient and family at the center of care.
• Experience interdisciplinary relationships & collaboration.
• Promote evidence-based practice and quality initiatives and exhibits professionalism in nursing practice within the model of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program.
