Job Description: The Bartley Corporation has an immediate opening for a Concrete Estimator

Responsibilities:

• Manage invitations to bid
• Reading Plans & Blueprints
• Quantity Takeoff
• Onscreen Take-off
• Estimating Process
• Electronic Job Folder Setup
• Budgeting
• Manage Sales Gate Process
• Manage Sales Metrics in CRM
• Obtain Vendor Pricing
• Create Contract Proposals
• Team Review of Proposal
• Present Proposal with Next Steps (see Gate process)
• Contract Scope and Price Review
• Contract Document Review
• Prepare Job Start & Handoff to Production

Required Experience:

• Advanced computer skills including a high level of proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel).
• Professional verbal skills and communication habits are required.

Helpful Skills:

• On screen takeoff.
• Technical/Construction background in concrete foundations.
