Are you someone who enjoys meaningful work and connecting with others in a real way? We're looking for a positive, dependable, and engaging person to support a vibrant 32-year-old man on the Autism Spectrum in Lititz, PA . He has a big personality, a love of music and fun, and thrives with the right person by his side to help him build skills, feel confident, and live life on his terms.

What makes this role special?

This is far from a typical desk job. Youll spend your time supporting someone in daily life activities, visiting favorite spots in the community, sharing laughs over music, or enjoying quiet moments and conversation. Some days are active and social; others are relaxed and focused on one-on-one support. Your presence will help him grow more independent, develop new skills, and feel understood and valued. Mandatory every other weekend shift.
