Staff Accountant

Seeking a Staff Accountant to work at our office in San Leandro.

Experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables is required. Starting pay is $30 to $40 per hour. Work is 100% in office. Submit your resume today!

Minimum requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent, accounting degree preferred.
• Previous accounting, AP and AR experience preferred.
• Positive attitude.
• Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills. Ability to communicate clearly both written and orally is vital.
• Proficient in adding, subtracting and basic arithmetic, and have a working knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles such as debits, credits, accruals, reconciling, MS Excel and Google Docs spreadsheets.
• Ability to function well as part of a team.
• High level of efficiency and attention to detail.
• Prophet 21, Quickbooks, Sage experience is a plus.
