Video and Broadband Training Specialist - Bilingual

Base pay range : $55,000.00 / yr - $70,000.00 / yr

DSI, a premier Dallas-based sales enablement and custom business solutions company, founded in 1984 and family-owned and run, has an immediate career opportunity for a bilingual (English / Spanish) Sales Training Specialist. This position will be responsible for developing materials for, and training sales associates on, video and internet products, services, and processes, specifically for Spanish-language door-to-door sellers and support agents.

Overview

This role focuses on delivering and creating bilingual training materials for sales teams, with emphasis on video and broadband services and clear, engaging content for varied audiences.

Essential Duties

Delivery of sales training presentations / courses for sales reps in door to door and call center environments
Creation, and translation of, training materials and sales-oriented one sheets
Adapt to changing offers, products, and services; master order entry systems and related processes
Create audience-driven content and design PowerPoint slides for clear virtual or classroom delivery
Maintain high attention to detail in content creation and language nuances
Produce clear, engaging PowerPoint and online learning content for wireless and fiber services
Communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of employees, from entry-level agents to executives

Requirements

Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Theater / Performance Arts, Business, or Marketing

Wireless and fiber broadband internet knowledge (AT&T preferred)

Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong business writing / speaking skills

Minimum 3 years of presentation and training curriculum development for wireless, internet, and / or sales training

Microsoft Office Suite; strong computer proficiency, web conferencing (Zoom, Teams); A / V setup and troubleshooting

Preferred : Adobe Creative Suite; LMS and basic audio / video editing tools

Professional appearance and demeanor

Must have a dependable vehicle with valid license and insurance; good driving record

Must be available for multi-day overnight travel (estimated 1-3x per quarter)

Valid passport

Computer Skills

Required : Microsoft Office Suite; web conferencing; A / V setup and troubleshooting

Highly preferred : Cloud-based storage / organization and file-sharing

Preferred : Adobe Creative Suite, LMS, and basic audio / video editing tools
