Delivering direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis. Supervising care and treatments, conducting assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Building rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs. Educating nursing staff on hemodialysis care, equipment, and standards. Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. CPR certification. ACLS certification within one year of hire. CRRN certification preferred (we can support you in obtaining it if needed). Minimum of 6 months dialysis nursing experience required. Preferred : At least 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
