Who You Are :

You’re a seasoned Service Expert (our term for HVAC Service Technician) who never backs down from a challenge. When the going gets tough, you dig in—but you’re also wise enough to know that asking for help isn’t weakness—it’s how you break through obstacles and elevate your game.

You’re the right fit if you have :

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
• Expert-level knowledge of forced air furnaces and air conditioning systems
• Working familiarity with boilers, mini splits, and heat pumps (bonus points if you’ve installed or serviced them all)
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• An “all-in” attitude—reliable, coachable, and always striving to grow
• The confidence to lead and the humility to ask questions

What You’ll Do :

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems with a focus on excellence and long-term performance
• Communicate with homeowners clearly and respectfully
• Recommend solutions that align with both technical need and client value
• Maintain a clean work area and complete accurate service reports
• Work solo or with a teammate—your flexibility and professionalism make it seamless

Pay : $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
