Position Summary

The Family Entertainment Center Lead will be responsible for the management of the FEC operations including but not limited to : Maintenance, Housekeeping, Retail, Event Management Administration and Reporting. Family Entertainment Center Manager will also work closely with other departments in hiring, training, management, and staff scheduling.

Primary Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To The Following :

The Family Entertainment Center Lead is responsible for the oversight and implementation of all tasks. These responsibilities include :

• Helping with the implementation of marketing plan / strategy
• Developing and maintaining staff schedules
• P&L management and reconciliation
• Creating and promoting program and activities within FEC
• Retail sales and inventory control
• Oversees daily operations for the FEC
• Primary contact for all events and executor of bookings / contracts for the FEC
• FEC development and sales in-house and co-partnerships
• Overseeing inventory of the redemption store
• Monthly inventory count of redemption and retail items
• Maintaining and cleaning of the arcade equipment
• Oversee daily function of the Arcade, Virtual Reality, & E-Sports areas
