Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary : $45,000 / year (W2, paid weekly)
  • Bonus Potential : $10,000$30,000 / year (based on generated marketing leads)
  • Flexible PTO : Time off available with supervisor approval

Now, were growing our marketing team and looking for a high-energy Marketing Coordinator whos ready to roll up their sleeves, lead by example, and drive results.

What Youll Do

This is not a desk-only job. As Marketing Coordinator, youll spend your weeks balancing leadership, team management, and hands-on activity.

  • Recruit, lead, and manage flyer delivery team
  • Generate new leads through flyers, email / text campaigns, and community events
  • Attend local events (Home & Garden Shows, sponsorships, etc.) to generate leads
  • Report weekly activity and results in company meetings
