A company is looking for a Virtual Events Coordinator (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end logistics for lead-generating webinars, including coordination with speakers and event setup

Oversee technical execution during live events and handle post-event follow-up, including reporting and communication

Support marketing operations by repurposing content and managing agency projects

Required Qualifications

1+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination

Proven experience managing digital events / webinars using platforms like Zoom or Gradual

Familiarity with AI-based tools for content drafting or analysis in a professional setting

Experience with a Marketing Automation Platform (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) is a plus

A collaborative attitude, comfortable working remotely across time zones
