Job Responsibilities

• Create Individualized Treatment Plans : Assess the needs of patients and design tailored therapy strategies to support their recovery goals
• Implement Effective Therapeutic Strategies : Apply evidence-based interventions to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and everyday activities
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team : Team up with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Guide Patients and Their Families : Offer education and strategies to patients and caregivers to promote continued progress at home
• Track and Record Patient Progress : Monitor outcomes, documenting progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans
