New York Licensed Foreclosure Paralegal

A company is looking for an Experienced Foreclosure Paralegal - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Manage foreclosure cases from referral through conclusion

Order title and prepare necessary documents including payoffs and assignments

Provide timely updates and responses to clients while meeting deadlines

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of related foreclosure experience

Broad knowledge of real estate default services

Experience with LPS, Caseaware, or Tempo is a plus

Ability to manage a heavy workload and work independently

Deadline-driven with superior organizational skills
