Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Position : LPN - Full Time (3 PM to 11 PM or 11 PM to 7 AM)

Sign-On Bonus : $2000

What You'll Do :

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and medical information.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Provide wound care and other necessary nursing interventions.
• Support and supervise Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering high-quality care.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
