Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

Schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians

Schedule service estimates and explain offerings to customers

Maintain accurate customer records and logs

Follow up on service calls and ensure customer satisfaction

Handle basic administrative tasks

Compensation: Base pay plus commission, with expected earnings between $40,000–$65,000 annually depending on performance. Uncapped earning potential.
