[job_card.job_description]Bachelor's Degree Three (3) or more years of support experience Able to obtain Top Secret / SCI Clearance when supporting TS / SCI programs / projects Professional experience with DoD acquisition organizations spanning ACAT I / II to ACAT III / IV & AAPs, Projects, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework Pathways (to include Software Acquisition Pathway, Middle Tier Acquisition Pathway, etc.). One (1) year of direct support to a Navy organization performing systems acquisition. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment DAWIA Level I-II in program management or similar Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification ACAT II or III Experience

The Operations Research and C5ISR Analysis (ORCA) group is seeking a Space Operations Analyst to provide on-site support in San Diego, CA to the Space Warfighting Analysis Center (SWAC) and Space Security & Defense Program (SSDP). The candidate will leverage simulation systems to support multi-domain military operations and drive the analytical process. Operations Analysts apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles and analytical tools to identify trends, analyze complex data, and solve real-world challenges. Qualified candidates should be able to effectively communicate analytic results, understand current and future space system capabilities, and apply analytical and engineering methodologies to solve operational problems.
Responsibilities :
- Provide daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior-level executives.
- Manage records, conduct business research analysis, and develop valuation strategies.
- Perform various administrative tasks as required.
- Apply computer, finance, and analytical skills to acquisition processes.
- Work with or lead teams to deliver acquisition management solutions.
- Support DoD acquisition organizations across ACAT I / II, ACAT III / IV, AAPs, and Projects.
- Ensure compliance with DoD and Navy acquisition policies and procedures.
Salary Range : $100K - $111K.
