JOB SUMMARY : This role will support the Statewide Regional Office to perform a range of activities supporting the Contracts and Budgets team. Specific responsibilities include preparing task orders, stop work notices and other contract documents at the direction of the Real Property Budget & Contract Section Manager. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : + Preparation of task orders, stop work notices and applicable contract documents + Update and maintain status and budget reports + Update the Authority’s system of records as needed + Data research of historical information + Researching and reviewing procurement contracts + Invoice reviews and financial records updates + Contribute to primary responsibilities and offer support on supplementary projects as needed Qualifications MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES : + BA / BS + 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and / or education. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : + Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline + Accounting experience + Proven skills creating database spreadsheets, graphs, charts, and reports + Demonstrate familiarity and ability to work with databases + Ability to prioritize workload elements + Be able to create database spreadsheets, graphs, charts, and reports + Be able to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff orally, in writing, and with visual aids + Accounting background + Ability to learn new tasks and software quickly Additional Information + Travel may be required for this role. + Sponsorship is provided for this role.
