Accountant

A company is looking for an Accountant - Contract to hire.

Key Responsibilities

Own assigned accounting tasks as part of the monthly close process

Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations

Support preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Approximately 2 to 5 years of accounting experience

Strong understanding of month-end close and core accounting principles

Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

Experience working in Microsoft-based ERP environments preferred
