Rite of Passage Team is hiring for an Education Business Manager at Southwest Leadership Academy in Phoenix, Arizona. Southwest Leadership Academy is a school students can call "home" : a school where a rigorous, relevant curriculum and a relational instruction approach are essential to high academic achievement. Students will experience success, complete their high school studies and launch into the 21st century world of higher education and employment. What you will do : The Education Business Manager works as a member of the Education Administrative team. Primarily responsible for providing finance expertise and support to ensure that the site successfully performs fiscal accountability. Responsible for all administrative activities required to operate the current, proposed and planned business activities of the site. The Business Manager reports to the Principal. This position oversees educational compliance and may oversee office staff.

To be considered you should : BA / BS degree in related field. MA preferred. Experience in business operations and management. Supervisory experience required. Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interview potential employees. Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years. Strong knowledge of overall company operations and policies and procedures. Possess a knowledge of : Effective communication techniques that enable positive and productive collaboration with site staff. Have the ability to : Accept additional tasks as assigned including flexible work schedule and extracurricular assignments. Be able to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
