Specific Requirements

At Inter-Con we take pride in providing customized security solutions for our clients. To us, that means the right officer in the right place and at the right time. In many cases our clients desire a softer security plan that meets their values and needs, but where high value people and assets are involved, others may prefer a more obvious security presence. As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will be part of a highly trained security team that supports critical facilities and infrastructure, public venues that required an enhanced presence and personal protective services. You'll be trained by our team of highly qualified firearms instructors in safe weapons handling and marksmanship. As an Unarmed Security Officer, you are an integral part of the broad spectrum of specialized security services Inter-Con provides its clients every day.

This role is the main liaison between PG&E SCC leadership, and the contracted workforce. They will be required to complete the 4 week Operator Training. This position helps manage all personnel matters including payroll, scheduling, corrective action programs, and operator performance programs. This position manages all recruiting, onboarding and offboard activities. Position ensures appropriate staffing and availability of personnel. This position is usually involved in change management and new procedures to ensure understanding of workforce impact and SCC needs. The operators and Communication & Life/Safety operators report to the control center site supervisor.

Qualifications:

Control Center Site Supervisor Minimum Qualifications:

Two (2) years of security operation center experience.

Two (2) years of experience working in law enforcement.

Five (5) years of experience working in a call center.

Five (5) years of experience working in customer service.

Possess a DD214 with 2yrs service minimum in command center or GSOC environment.

Associates degree in Criminal Justice, Computer Science, Homeland Security, Information Technology, or related field

Three (3) years of leadership experience preferred

Work Environment and Schedule:

• Job operates in client sites which could be indoors or outdoors.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking, in the performance of daily security activities.
• Open availability Nights, Weekends, Holidays and overtime as directed(overtime occurs).
• Work various shifts and Holidays as assigned.
