Outpatient office and procedures procedures are performed at the ambulatory surgery center

can obtain privs within 2 weeks of receiving a completed application.

EMR / Charting : AllScripts (office); Soarlan ( to review inpatient documentation and enter

peri-procedure orders)

Travel Covered : Mileage (Personal Vehicle) or Rental Car & Fuel

Office 8am-noon procedure 13 : 00-16;00

Will Candidate Work Solo? : Yes

On Call? : No

Days to Credential : 60 but can potentially be faster around 2 weeks

Other Notes : Schedule can be flexible based on candidates availability. 2-3 days per week to maintain continuity of care.

No ERCP or EUS required, general GI procedures.
