Director of Site Management

A company is looking for a Director, Site Management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee operational and strategic management of partnered research sites within the franchise model

Ensure governance, compliance, and performance while managing budgets and financial performance for assigned sites

Lead team management, recruitment, and development to achieve operational excellence

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience

Minimum 6 years of clinical research experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role

Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and site management

Proven ability to manage teams in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment

Fluency in English and proficiency with computer systems
