Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and scheduling activities. Monitor project progress, quality control, and plan adherence. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Provide leadership and mentorship to field personnel. Proven experience as a Superintendent for a general contractor. Background in at least one of the following project types : healthcare, education, religious, sports, or utility plants . Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and safety compliance. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
