We are a well-established and growing non-corporate small animal and exotics clinic that takes pride in providing high quality, compassionate, and progressive veterinary care. We are looking for an Associate Veterinarian who is fun-loving, an excellent communicator, compassionate, and eager to learn and grow alongside our expanding practice. We understand that you may not know everything, and that's okay – what matters to us is your willingness to learn. We love mentorship! Services We Provide :

Our clinic benefits from its proximity to a progressive college town with clientele who prioritize their pet's health and readily agree to routine monitoring and diagnostic work-ups. We offer state-of-the-art facilities in a comfortable and calm setting, including digital radiographs, ultrasound, digital dental radiography capabilities, as well as a comprehensive range of in-house and send-out lab work options. Additionally, we utilize advanced tools for diagnostics and treatment, such as microscopy, cytology, laser surgery, and laser therapy, ensuring the highest level of care for our patients. We also utilize AI record keeping software so that you don't have to write as many notes and can go home sooner!

Base Salary starting at $120,000 and increasing based on experience and ability.

Bonuses and total compensation package can range up to $180,000, or more depending on experience and ability.

Potential for Buy-In after 1 year.

We are called MetroPet because we are across the street from the amazing Cleveland Metroparks System! If you love to hike, bike, kayak, golf or bird watch, this is your place. We only a short 20 minute drive to the beautiful lakefront or the art and culture of Downtown Cleveland. Our local community is pretty great also!

Educational and Certification Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine

For Foreign Applicants : Must have Full Work VISA already approved and be able to practice within the United States prior to initial interview, must be fully able to practice all duties of a veterinarian within the United States without supervision.
