The Opportunity : Full-Time OSP Construction Manager

We are seeking a results-focused, proven OSP Construction Manager to oversee all construction operations in the Memphis market. This role is crucial for delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget, with direct oversight of supervisors and indirect management of over a dozen subcontractor crews.

Key Responsibilities : Leadership & Project Scope

• Executive Oversight : Direct oversight and management of all OSP construction operations across the market, driving the successful delivery of large-scale FTTH projects.
• Team Management : Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3–5 Outside Plant Field Supervisors.
• Subcontractor Coordination : Indirectly manage and coordinate the performance and productivity of 15–25+ subcontractor crews through your supervisory team.
• Project Scale : Full responsibility for large-scale construction projects, typically ranging from 30,000 to over 150,000 Homes Passed (HP) .
• Financial Control : Rigorous budget and schedule management, ensuring fiscal responsibility and timely completion of project milestones.
