We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our MIS & Analytics team. This team plays a critical role in supporting operational excellence and strategic decision-making by delivering robust data analysis, reporting, and insights across a dynamic business environment.

In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze data, develop reporting solutions, and uncover opportunities to improve business performance. You will also support system migrations and contribute to building executive- and process-level dashboards that provide clear visibility into key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze and synthesize large, complex datasets to identify performance trends and operational insights.

Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to support strategic and operational goals.

• Define and build metrics and KPIs to monitor the health and effectiveness of key business processes.
• Investigate and recommend data sources; collaborate with data owners to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in data platform and capabilities migration projects, including remapping data connections and updating reporting logic.
• Provide recommendations on performance targets based on data analysis and optimization models.
• Collaborate with teams to understand process flows and their underlying data structures.

Salary Range : $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
