Develop individualized treatment plans that address pain management, addiction medicine, and behavioral health concerns. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support patients in managing pain, overcoming addiction, and improving their mental health. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions. Educate patients and their families on pain management strategies, addiction recovery tools, and behavioral health resources. Promote self-care and healthy coping mechanisms. Collaborate with healthcare providers and external agencies to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment. Monitor and update treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes. Comply with all legal and ethical standards for documentation.

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) to join our team. The LISW will play a pivotal role in providing holistic care to our patients, with a focus on pain management, addiction medicine, and behavioral health. This position offers both full-time and part-time options, with the opportunity for some remote work to provide telehealth services.
Qualifications :
- Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in South Carolina.
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Strong knowledge and experience in pain management, addiction treatment, and behavioral health.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Empathy and sensitivity when working with patients facing complex challenges.
