We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Part-Time Showroom & Store Operations Associate to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the impeccable appearance of our store, ensuring efficient inventory flow, and providing excellent service to our clients. This position offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied and engaging environment. We are also open to discussing a Full-Time role with category specific experience in rugs, curtains and textiles.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement

• Sales : Face to face sales in our store as well as via virtual consultation, offering clients knowledgeable guidance on our collection, and converting orders through pleasant engagement with the customer and excellent service
• Trade & Consumer Client Interaction : Greet and engage with consumers and professional clients, answering questions and providing information reliably and efficiently
• Product Learning : Actively learn and retain product knowledge to effectively assist clients.

Sales Support : Manage consistent follow-up and quote creation with meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative efficiency

Budget Contribution : Eager and comfortable working to store sales targets
